Leningrad Oblast
Leningrad Oblast (Russian: Ленингра́дская о́бласть, Leningradskaya oblast) is a federal subject of Russia (an oblast). The oblast was named after the city of Leningrad, better known as St. Petersburg nowadays.
Road conditions in this oblast are not among the best in Russia, though it's pretty easy everywhere to catch direct rides to St. Petersburg.
