Almost the same as Erdbergbut a lot closer to the city centre, you can camp in the Prater Park / Jesuitenwiese. There are plenty of wells and a free toilet. Sometimes people party here, but they wont bother you. In the Hundezone you can find hidden spots in a forest like area.
