West Virginia is a state of the United States of America. It is an excellent state to catch rides in. The entire state is nothing but beautiful trees and mountains everywhere you look.

Law

17C-10-6. Pedestrians on roadways; soliciting rides.

(c) No person shall stand in a roadway for the purpose of soliciting a ride from the driver of any vehicle.

Experiences

West Virginia is far and away my favorite place east of the Mississippi River, and probably the easiest state to catch rides in the entire country. Wait times for have averaged about 5 minutes. The terrain is conducive for outdoor activities of all kinds. Thewindandrain 16:00, 29 August 2012 (CEST)
