amylin is working artist from Brooklyn, New York, who later moved to Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and began hitchhiking around North America from there. She details some of her hitchhiking trips in her blog, as well as through letters and drawings... She plans to visit every country in the world before she dies.

Oceania: New Zealand: around the South Island, Australia

Possibly had my longest ride ever, in Europe at least: from Piacenza to Cologne, and the St. Gotthard tunnel was actually closed, so it was probably 1000 km :)
