From the airport it's quite easy to get a lift. Tried to go to Amsterdam from Bremen airport on the [[A1]] motorway. Use a sign with A1 and do not go with people, who are leading to [[Oldenburg]], otherways you'll get to a motorway junction and that's not fine.
