Hitchhiking out
Haarentor
A good place to stand is on the corner (opposite the burger king) of the crossroads where cars have to turn right from Ofener Strasse onto the E22. Alternatively, you can ask drivers at the Aral garage on the same corner as burger king.
Kreyenbrück (Hamburg, Bremen, Osnabrück)
On the ramp to the A28 there is a parking lot, so cars can easy stop here. Get a sign (HH (Hamburg)/HB (Bremen)/OS (Osnabrück)) and stand at the beginning of the lot, so cars can see you already while they are waiting at the traffic lights.
