Careful while hitching into Peine. There are two ramps in Peine. Peine Ost and Peine. But you can exit only at one of them.
From East (Berlin)
You have to get off at Peine Ost at the other ramp Peine there is no chance for the driver to leave the motorway if he comes from the east. After that your driver, if he wants to continue further in direction Hannover can drop you at the roundabout at Dudenstetter Straße and then go to the ramp Peine to get back on the motorway again.
From West (Hannover)
