Hitchhiking out
West towards Adana, Ankara
To go towards Ceyhan, Adana, or Ankara, you need to get to the Adana road. You can either walk 1.5 km from the city center or take the local bus towards Şirinevler and start hitchhiking from where the city ends.
East towards Gaziantep, Kahramanmaraş
If you're heading to Düziçi, Bahçe, Gaziantep, or Kahramanmaraş, it is recommended to head towards the Adana-Gaziantep highway. You can walk 1.5 km along the Kadirli Road (İskender Türkmen Street) or take the local bus to the bus terminal and start hitchhiking from the toll booths. Those heading to Kahramanmaraş should get off at Nurdağı and continue hitchhiking on the Türkoğlu-Kahramanmaraş Road.
South towards Hatay
For Dörtyol, İskenderun, or Hatay, you should follow the instructions for the west direction. From Toprakkale, enter the İskenderun-Hatay road and continue hitchhiking.
North towards Kadirli
If you're heading to Kadirli, you can walk 1.5 km along the Kadirli Road (İskender Türkmen Street) or take the local bus to the bus terminal and start hitchhiking after passing the terminal.
