The East is a region of England covering the Eastern and northern part of Greater London on the north of River Thames which is also called East Anglia. It includes the counties of Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk. Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire are also counties that are included in the region The North (London) being situated just north of the Greater London area and accessible through the Motorways M1/A1 and M11.
