Tomsk is a city and the administrative center of Tomsk Oblast in Russia, located on the Tom river. Tomsk is considered one of the oldest towns in Siberia.

From the main road of Tomsk you can take the bus 130 or 60 during 14km. You'll have a split, one way going to Svetlyy and the other going to Mariinsk (here 56°32'23.1"N 85°07'53.4"E), take the second one. Here I waited 20min before a car stop for me.
