From August 2009 until 2012 it is not possible anymore to get on the highway in Wankdorf. The traffic will be led to Neufeld.

From the train station, take tram #5 to Ostring (final station). Just stand in front of the highway entrance. It's not the best place because cars can't see you from far away, but when it's raining you can place yourself under the highway bridge. And there is enough place for cars to stop.
