The on-ramp for the E20 at Hjallese is widely used by the natives since it is easily accessible from the city centre.
From the centre, one can go with buses 21, 22, 121 or 122 in the direction of Højby. There's a stop before a McDonaldMcD's in the south of the city. A hundred meters or so past the McDonaldMcD's and to the left there is the entry ramp for the motorway to Copenhagen.
Maybe most effective would be to stand right after the roundabout before the McDonaldsMcD's. There's a good place for the cars to stop and since it's close to the roundabout the cars drive pretty slow. Also people going to the McDonalds McD's will enter and exit to the McDonalds McD's using the roundabout. There is, however, also plenty of space on the hard shoulder on the entry ramp for cars to stop.
