''''t Lonnekermeer''' is a service station along the [[Dutch]] motorway [[A1 (Netherlands)|A1]].
This is the last service station before the [[Germany|German]] border, making it the perfect place to hitch long rides into Germany and even [[Poland]]. Be aware that if you want to continue on the German [[A2 (Germany)|A2]] there is no service station until [[Gronegau Grönegau Süd]] near [[Melle]], about 130km away. But there's a rest area before Osnabrueck, called "Danebrock", where lots of people stop for using the toilets and you can probably find a ride to Berlin or Hamburg during the day.
