''Summer 2023: I hitchhiked around Estonia for seven days (Riga-Parnu-Kuressaare-Talin-Narva-Tartu-Voru-Riga). Grade 3.5 out of 5. People are educated and polite, not the most friendly on the planet, but pretty good. Waiting time was not longer than 20-30min, but usually 5 to 10. It is not one of those countries where you must stand at the ''good'' and wide spot in order for people to stop. I was standing literally everywhere and did not have some major problems - people stop. I enjoyed traveling around, even though it was in the middle of the Rus-Ukr war. Locals did not bother me much with it like in Lithuania and Latvia..'' --
