From the northern exit of Bijli Ghar roundabout, which is located near Agra Fort, take a bus 35 towards Tudla and get off at Kuberpur. The official bus stop is behind the bypass, but tell the driver that you want to get off at the bypass, he should stop for you. The word bypass is understood in Hindi, so just say Kuberpur Bypass. The bus ride should be around 30 INR (Apr 2023). Walk south along the bypass untill you reach the Inner Ring Road Toll Plaza. From there you can hitch northeast towards Delhi or east to Lucknow.
