Tabasco is a state in the southeast of Mexico. It borders Veracruz to the west, Chiapas to the south, and Campeche to the northeast. It also has a border with Guatemala to the east. Crossing the border is possible at several spots, including El Ceibo.
Its capital and largest city is Villahermosa.
