Take bus 15 from the train station to the last stop, a shopping center with a huge Real supermarket and a large roundabout. You can hitch next to the roundabout (there is space for cars to stop). This is a very common place for locals needing short-distance rides.

Take the bus '''no. 17''' on the stop next to the university. Before the last stop you will see the crossing roads with the "Plus" supermarket. You should turn right there but bus will turn left, so after getting off the bus you have to turn back and walk couple of minutes to the exit of the city.

There are 2 common hitch spots, also used by locals. One is closer to the city, the other is right after the last roundabout. The first one is probably more common for locals. If there are too many locals at the first location it's better to go to the second location.
