- Sandra mentions in her book Away that the act of (automobile) hitchhiking is mentioned first time in a newspaper in 1911. Would be an idea (if we can confirm this/find the source) to make the whole thing a 100 years modern-time hitchhiking celebration? --Platschi 16:12, 26 September 2010 (CEST)
