Take the petrol station just before motorway. You can reach it taking buses that goes to "Sanpierdarena".
You can take the number 1 bus to the town called Voltri. Just before you enter into the town itself there is an entrance ramp there to the A10 to France and Savona; This entrance ramp also leads to the highway E 25highway to Milano. I was there 2 hours waiting than on July 31st 09, then I gave up. The train ticket from Voltri to Vitimiglia, right on the border with France, was 8 euros.
