Sleeping in the youth Hostel in Dubrovnik is an option which costs 13.20 € per night. It is central and in a good state. You can be unlucky in the summer months where it might be booked out if you appaer without a reservation.
There is also about a million people who will try and sell you a room in their house for the night, ranging from €10 to €20
