**+: Huge sea port, for boat hitchhikers
**-: Most people would have to pass this part of Moldova called "Transnistria" or "PMR". This area is not really safe to hitchhike. On top of that, the border guards sometimes want bribes to let you through.

Its the capital of human, drug and weapon trafficking of Europe. Basicly they can do what they want, and since its the poorest region of Europe, not all of them have good intentions. Just google it. I am just afraid that sending a lot of hitchhikers though that place... is asking for trouble.
