The Zwardoń border crossing joins Poland and Slovakia. It is the westernmost of the Polish-Slovak border crossings. The closest major towns are Bielsko-Biała (Poland) and Žilina (Slovakia), but the area around the border is undeveloped and has only a few small villages. Zwardoń is the village on the Polish side.
Because Poland and Slovakia are members of the Schengen zone, there are no border controls here. There are no shops or parking areas on the border and drivers go through without stopping.
