::Well, even hitchwiki is a "small" fish in the word wide web, we should respect historical and political facts given, even if we do or do not agree, and for sure not just to ''make it less complicated''. We could redirect [[China]] to the PRC China article, but then should at least state at the top of that article if people are looking for the Republic with the same name, they should visit the Taiwan article. ::: Well, even people from ''RC China'' call their country Taiwan and not China. I don't think we'd ignore any historical or political facts.
