(!!!Warning : I'm not sure that this place is very good to go to [[Charleroi]], [[Mons]], [[Lille]] or [[Paris]] but it's a really good place to go on the E411 who goes in the direction of [[Namur]], [[Luxemburg]] and Esat East of [[France]] !!!)
This place is called "Delta", it is also a metro or train stop. The street is called ''Triomflaan''(Boulevard du Triomf) or ''Pleinlaan'' (Boulevard de la Plaine). There is a large Texaco gasstation in the curve (see map), and the Delta area is a spot where a lot of people hitchhike, it is close to a lot of university buildings. I think you can use a bus to get there, but have not done this myself.
