El Rosario is a small Mexican town, which has the last gas station on the route to Guerrero Negro. There’s only one more or less cheap shop in there.
Hitching out
Make sure to have enough water with you before leaving El Rosario, as there won’t be any opportunity to buy it before you reach Bahia de Los Angeles or Guerrero Negro. If you get stuck in the middle of nowhere, look for ranchos and ask for water there. You might be invited to stay overnight with them as well, easily.
