Then a walk a little and stop near the road. People driving there are locals but the can take you until the highway. You have to wait between 5 and 30 minutes, if you are not lucky.

For 4.30 € (08.2019) you can also take the train to Vieselbach and then the bus to Eichelborn. From there you have to walk towards the Autobahn for 10 minutes. Just walk next to it and in 5 minutes you will reach the Gasstation "Raststätte Eichelborn süd". From there you can easily find People who are heading to Berlin (A9) or Dresden (A4). I went southwards to Hof and it worked as well.
