- Can I hitchhike in Kosovo?
Definitely YES. Be polite with drivers. Try to explain your destination so maybe it might help you finding the route. Kosovo car's plate have KS letters between numbers (example 123-KS-345) . Hitchhiking near border-check is not preferred generally.
