Grade 3.5 out of 5. People are educated and polite, not the most friendly on the planet, but pretty good. Waiting time was not longer than 20-30min, but usually 5 to 10. It is not one of those countries where you must stand at the ''good'' and wide spot in order for people to stop. I was standing literally everywhere and did not have some major problems - people stop. I enjoyed traveling around, even though it was in the middle of the Rus-Ukr war.
