Hi my name is Curious Parrot, aka Fabian. I'm a 20 years old guy from Germany about to go on his first journey in the US. I'm planning on hitch hiking, in order to get to know new people, the culture and interesting stories. Also it is cheaper... I don't have any hitch hiking experience, but that's what I'm here for. I'm also looking for a travel companion. I'll be hitch hiking from Chicago at the end of February to Cincinnati-Nashville-New Orleans-Houston-Austin-Pheonix-LA and then up the highway 1/101 up to Eugene and Portland. And I'll try to get there in 6 weeks time. We'll see, and I'll share my experience here in order to help future travels like me. Until then Travel save Curious Parrot aka. Fabian
