El Prat airport is on the opposite end of Barcelona. The easiest and cheapest way to get to a hitching spot is taking the train right from the airport. One end of this line is at the airport, the . The other end is in St Celoni, which is well out of the city towards Girona. Or Alternatively, you can get off in one of the places mentioned above. St Celoni is on the highway, the peage is a 20 min walk from the train station. It is a small entry peage, depending on the time of the day/week , it might have different traffic.
