There's no need to keep all information in just one place. Hitchwiki has always tried to support the ecosystem of libre wiki projects when it comes to budget travel information beyond hitchhiking. For example, many Hitchwiki articles link to Trashwiki for dumpster-diving tips. Wikivoyage is the major community-driven project for tourism info, so by adding your accommodation listings there would help the project out, and the Hitchwiki article could link to the corresponding Wikivoyage article.
