Thanks for your recent edits, but I've removed the text from the article on [[Lviv]] starting with "The city belongs to the most beautiful in whole Europe..." Besides the poor English grammar and spelling, Hitchwiki tries to focus on hitchhiking, so general tourist advice is more appropriate for e.g. Wikitravel.
