You can also go to Dole by this way but you can also go by the national road. Take the bus to go to "espace chateau farine". then you will have to walk along the road wich go out of besancon. Take care it's a 2 ligns road where could be difficult and dangerous to hitchhike.
In Besancon the bus ticket is 1,1 euro. You can use it one hour for different busbuses.
