It's possible to sleep on the rocks, south of Serendipity beach. Only do that, if you are sure it won't rain that night though.
For wild camping, you can go to Hun Sen beach. It, it's about 6 km from the center, but most of the day and all night, you will have the beach for you alone.
Local people camp in the beach next to 14 Mithona St, the place is before Ochheuteal Beach. Further you go away from city more lonely and saffer it gets
