There is a motorway service station on the A3 to the east of Siegburg. You can reach the service station via the Bernhardstraße bus stop, but note that buses do not run on Sundays or public holidays. The service station is about 2 kilometers from Siegburg train station, so walking there is also easy.

Walk along Alte Poststraße towards the motorway; there is a pedestrian bridge right next to the service station crossing the A3, allowing you to access both sides of the service station on foot without any problems.
