Most hitchhikers will hitchhiking cars most of the time. Hitchhiking a car is different from hitchhiking a truck:
- Cars need much less space.
- Drivers are not necessarily working while they pick you up.
- In many countries (like the EU) most cars can (legally) pick up more than 1 person.
