::::::: Good. The plugin makes sure they can't post urls, so probably they sign up and give up then. Talk to Guaka or Mikael for the extension, I don't know in detail what they did. What do you want to do with SQL? There is a way, of course, but since one could easily destroy the whole wiki, even accidently, there is no public access to it. --[[User:MrTweek|MrTweek]] ([[User talk:MrTweek|talk]]) 13:26, 7 October 2012 (CEST)
: And admin rights on the BG, FI, ZH, TR & HR versions? '''And can we do something about blocking user names ending in digits? IMHO the most ideal solution would be to let them go through completely normal, but to not store them into the database, effectively "loosing them on the way".''' It would keep the logs clean, and on that subject, is there a way to show more entries on the "Recent Changes Cleanup", having been on the road for three days, it's not possible to clean out all spammy user creations any more! :: You got Admin rights in these languages now as well.
:: About the user names with digits: I really don't like the idea, as we might lock out potential human users as well. As long as they just sign up and give up then, they don't do any harm. They just pollute the database, which isn't nice, but not a real problem either, I think. Actually, as long as they don't post anything, I don't even block them any more, because I don't think they will ever come back anyway. We might want to create a script to delete users that were never active at all after signing up or something like that. Anyone else has an opinion on that?
:: Also, I added a num-switch to RecentChangesCleanup. See [http://hitchwiki.org/en/Special:RecentChangesCleanup?num=500 here].
