ok, it's no problem for me to ask them :) but once more time ;) they says that:
Copying and publishing of the photographic map (aerial photographs) without permission of the authorized representative of the City Hall is strictly prohibited. This regulation does not apply to links of chosen views, acquired by the publishing functions of the map.
so it stands fot differnet map, cause there are 2 maps :)
but, ok, i'll ask, if they wont i'll make my own, very similar ;)
