I almost never revert people's additions the first time they write in first person. I just give them a friendly warning that this isn't how we do things on Hitchwiki. However, this particular editor has ignored two prior requests to avoid mentioning himself, and I think the best policy would be reverting his edits until he realizes that something is wrong. In any event, we need some kind of exhortation in the article edit page to avoid writing in first person. I spend all of my time on Hitchwiki now asking people not to write in first person, I don't have any time left to actually edit articles (a ''lot'' of articles now are in need of a major cleanup).
