::As for ads, I know they are a bit annoying, but we use 100% of the ad revenue to pay for our servers and bandwith (and still lose money) so I hope you understand that we need to cover our costs. Given our topics as different than Wikipedia, Jimmy Wales decided that we would not easily get donations, so he made Wikia a commercial business. We could put the ads on the top of the page instead of the right hand side if you found that easier on your eyes :-). World had an that made us take them off temporarily, I expect they'll be back as soon as the engineers have time to quickly fix the code. Also, I couldn't tell from your comment if you wanted your wiki promoted in the spotlight. Thanks!
