I got cited there, and the cop said it was Davidson County protocol to cite anyone attempting to hitchhike regardless of where they were standing. See the article I wrote afterward. [[User:CRCulver|CRCulver]] ([[User talk:CRCulver|talk]]) 04:55, 15 May 2013 (CEST) : I did pass through Nashville, came straight up I-24 from Chattanooga, but I picked up a ride in Murfreesboro (which I think is in Williamson County, just below Davidson County), and he brought me all the way to Ashland City, on the NW side of Nashville. I stayed near Ashland City with a friend for a couple days, then hitched out of there on I-24 up to St. Louis, so I think I may have bypassed Davidson County in it's entirety.
