Early November 2006 Robino finally registered for this wiki. As a start he made some new entries for cities such as [[Valencia]], [[Barcelona]] and [[Granada]]. Currently he plans to update new entries from his last travel from Amsterdam to Istanbul.
==My experience with hitchhiking==
I have hitchhiking experience in the [[United Kingdom]], [[Netherlands]], [[Germany]], [[France]], [[Czech Republic]] and , [[Switzerland]], [[Austria]], [[Slovenia]], [[SpainCroatia]]. I am planning to do a hitchhiking trip from , [[AmsterdamSerbia]] to , [[IstanbulBulgaria]], starting february 2007. My longest waiting time never really exceeded over an hour (two knocks down the wooden table)[[Spain]] and [[Turkey]].
==My philosophy on hitchhiking==
Hitchhiking for me is above everything a sport. For me it It is not about cheap traveling but about sharing - and meeting random people of whom some never turn out to be so random at all.

I strongly believe in a hitchhiker with an active attitude; walking up to drivers and talk to them to ask them for a ride. Whether you are waiting at a service station, rest-area or simply at a roundabout or traffic lights where cars stop.
==Personal==
Currently I have no fixed address. The last place I lived was for three years in [[Spain]], [[Barcelona]]. At the moment I am staying in Istanbul where I doing some freelance writing work and photographing.
