I escaped USA and moved to Ecuador December 31, 2020. I now live on the coast of Ecuador in a city called Olon. It is lovely. I studied years ago in Uppsala, Sweden 1979-1981 and can still speak some Swedish. There is a Swedish chef here in Olon who has a beautiful restaurant called Momo. Is that short for mormor? Never asked. Anyway I am always interested in learning more of traveling abroad and especially Sweden. I am retired now, 63 and feel free and relaxed. I am originally from the south but have lived in California 50 years. I am glad to leave it as it has become dangerous. Ecuador is very tranquil on the coast.
