Not for women alone. Even with a man you have to say that you're married, show your finger like there would be a ring. My most unpleasant experiences were with Turkish truckdrivers. One was drunk, some wanted sex or to take me to Turkey. Nothing happened, but I was quite frightened, wishing to get out of the truck. So never again, at least alone.
