Take bus XO to Khuzhirbulgan (and I guess the one to Nalaikh also goes that way, but it continues where the other one turns left) from the square to the East until the bus turns off Peace Avenue to the left. Hitch. There is buses that continue further than this spot, but it's really not necessary to get further out of the city.

It's a 3 minutes walk east of the state department store on the northern side of the road, but the entry is from the back.
