:::Jep, until now we mostly listed the biggest cities of a country/state/whatever, even when there are no articles of them. The idea behind that is/was that people see ''oh, no info about Ankara, so let's write some''. As there are more and more Turkish cities coming up now, it might be time for a city template, like [[Template:Cities Germany]].
