Hitching in '''Spain''' is worse than not as good as in [[France]] or [[Belgium]], but definitely better than in [[Germany]]some other European countries. You usually have to wait for some time - but those who pick you up at last tend to be '''really''' nice.
It seems waiting at ''autopista'' toll stops isn't allowed though.
