From Smíchovské nádraží (subway line B) take bus 129 , 241, 243, 244, 314 or 241 318 to the stop Malá Chuchle. It's a request stop so press the button. There you can easily hitchhike. Usually very short waiting on Friday afternoons when many people go out from Prague.
