Most convinient is to take the local train to Isktim, located 60 km South of Novosibirsk. The price for the ticket will be around 1 Euro. After arrving there, you can either walk to the long distance bus station, or just take a local Marschrutka there. The bus station is outside the town on the road to Barnaul, so you can just hitch-hike on the opposite side.
''I was about to do the above. at Береговая station i was temped by the sunny beach. went for a swim and than back cross the rail road and found myself on the main road to Barnaul, took less than 5 minutes to get a ride.
