You will find almost any bus in Manizales on the main avenue "Avenida Santander" that cuts through the whole city.

Take any bus that is going towards "El Tablazo" (05/2019: COP 2,050) and ask the driver to be let off at or nearby the "Estación de Servicio La Uribe" (05°02′56.87″N 75°31′46.1″W). This is where you can start hitchhiking and asking people for a ride.
